Helping young people develop their potential and lead with intention
Personalised learning, cognitive skills development, and coaching for children and young people aged 5–25.
Every young person brings a unique combination of strengths, challenges, and possibilities. At AïeLEAD, we help them understand how they learn, build confidence, and develop skills they can use in their learning journey and everyday life.
Whether your child needs support with learning, greater challenge, or encouragement to move forward, we begin by understanding the person behind the need.

Learn • Experience • Achieve • Develop
Our approach gives learning a purpose and a practical pathway.
L
Learn
Build understanding, discover strategies, and develop new skills through personalised guidance.
E
Experience
Put learning into practice through meaningful activities, creative challenges, and everyday experiences.
A
Achieve
Work towards clear, achievable goals and recognise progress along the way.
D
Develop
Build on that progress to develop potential, confidence, and greater independence.
Together, these four stages help young people LEAD with intention.
Who we work with
Support that starts with understanding
We work with young people who experience learning difficulties, those who want to strengthen their skills, and those whose abilities call for greater depth and challenge.
This includes young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), aspiring and gifted learners, and those who are twice exceptional, showing high ability alongside learning or developmental needs.
SEND learnersAspiring learnersGifted learnersTwice exceptional (2e)
Our starting point is a conversation about strengths, current challenges, and what meaningful progress would look like.
Our services
How we can help
Cognitive skills development
Learning draws on abilities such as memory, comprehension, problem solving, creativity, and critical thinking. Through our collaboration with Energia Wellbeing, we offer the Structure of Intellect (SOI) programme, which uses assessment and structured activities to identify and develop cognitive learning skills.
Tutoring and learning support
Personalised Maths and Science tutoring following the UK curriculum, from Key Stage 2 and SATs to GCSE, alongside help with study strategies, memory, and understanding. Drawing on extensive maths and science teaching experience, Lara helps learners fill gaps, build subject knowledge and approach tests and exams with greater confidence.
Confidence and wellbeing coaching
One-to-one coaching gives young people space to explore their goals, recognise their strengths, and develop practical ways to respond to everyday challenges. Coaching is educational and developmental; it does not replace mental health care.
Communication and skills for life
Opportunities to practise public speaking, communication, leadership, creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving. Through guided activities and reflection, young people learn to express their ideas, work with others, and make thoughtful decisions.
Faith and personal growth
For those who welcome a faith-centred approach, we offer space to explore Christian faith, purpose, gratitude, and personal growth. This support is guided by each young person’s beliefs, preferences, and family context.
